"Off shoulder" is just a perfect trend for the spring/summer season in Portugal. I have had many occasions to wear this blouse! Flirty, flattering, and feminine – what more could you want? From straight up strapless numbers to one-shouldered dresses and cut-out pieces, there are plenty of ways to rock this trend from day to night. For me, it is just natural to wear off shoulder silhouettes in the summer. Like to have wet hair after shower ;)
