Olimpic Games




It's good to start the new year with some new exercise. I actually really enjoy going to the gym. Earlier, I've prefered to train outside in the fresh air but the cold weather pushed me to move indoors :)
Besides jogging and yoga I've found Bodybalance (Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates) and Zumba as perfect fitness alternatives. It gives me a lot of energy and helps me to lose many calories and also weight. I'm starting to feel like a woman with superpowers :)
I think the key is to find something you enjoy and are looking forward too. Then it will become your fitness routine.
